Tim Ammer's primary area of practice is Asbestos Litigation. Tim handles premises, products, supplier, and distributor lawsuits throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana and has participated in asbestos claims in several other jurisdictions. Tim acts as trial counsel for Navistar, Inc., PACCAR Inc (Peterbilt and Kenworth), and Star Building Materials, Inc. Tim also acts as local counsel for Uniroyal, Inc. in Indiana and co-local counsel for American Electric Power Company , Inc. and Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation in Kentucky. As part of this practice, Tim routinely handles mesothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestosis cases often involving wrongful death and punitive damages claims. In addition to his asbestos practice, Tim practices in a wide variety of the firm's litigation; including, but not limited to, products liability, insurance defense, personal injury, and toxic torts.
