Ralph E. Burnham heads the Commercial Explosives group. He also practices in the Firm’s Insurance Defense, Professional Liability, and Construction Law groups. He has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of litigation in both state and federal courts. A member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers (“ISEE”), he has experience on a nationwide basis representing blasting companies in a variety of catastrophic personal injury and property claims.
As a member of the firm's professional liability group, he represents commercial and residential real estate appraisers in administrative matters and civil lawsuits. In addition, he frequently lectures on topics of relevant interest to the appraisal industry. |
