Linda L. Woeber is an attorney in the Firm's Employment Law and Professional Malpractice Groups. She has over twenty years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of litigation in both federal and state court and has been certified by the Ohio Bar Association as Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. .

Ms. Woeber regularly defends employers in litigation and has numerous published opinions in the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. She also assists public and private entities with planning and policy implementation, providing training for employers, managers and supervisors. Ms. Woeber conducts preventive training for employers, managers, supervisors in the private sector and is a regular instructor for the Ohio Judicial College.
