AV RatedJanet A. Self
Partner

Janet A. Self is an attorney in the firm’s motor carrier liability, premises liability and insurance defense groups. She has defended commercial transportation clients in civil litigation across the country for close to twenty years

Notable Experience

Ms. Self concentrates her practice on brain injury and psychological injury claims. Most, but not all, grow out of traffic accidents involving tractor trailer or commercial buses. Because many brain injury and psychological injury claims present with concurrent physical injuries, she has an extensive background defending purely physical injuries as well. She has also developed an expertise in claims of premises liability for violent crimes
